“You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel so heavy, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.”

The person behind the work
My Why
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to go through something that changes you—and then have to figure out how to move forward afterward.
Many of the women I work with carry stress that isn’t entirely their own—cultural expectations, generational patterns, and the pressure to hold everything together. Over time, it adds up.
I created this space so you don’t have to sort through that alone. A space where you can be honest about what you’re carrying, and where we can explore what healing looks like for you—not just what it’s “supposed” to look like.
My Approach
I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, and the impact of overwhelming or difficult experiences.
Our work is collaborative and paced in a way that feels manageable—not overwhelming. We focus on understanding what’s underneath the anxiety, the patterns that keep showing up, and how to create meaningful change in your day-to-day life.
I draw from approaches like EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and parts work, but therapy with me feels like a conversation—not a lecture. You won’t get jargon or judgment—just curiosity, support, and a genuine investment in helping you reconnect with yourself.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and paced in a way that feels manageable—not overwhelming. I’m not here to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way.
Together, we focus on what’s underneath the anxiety, the patterns that keep showing up, and how to create real, lasting change in your day-to-day life.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of sessions, I value quiet, grounded moments—whether that’s starting the day slowly with coffee or resetting with music and space to breathe.
That same belief carries into my work: growth doesn’t have to happen all at once. Sometimes it starts with slowing down, making space, and approaching things with more intention and self-compassion.
