My Why
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to go through something that changes you; and then have to figure out how to live life differently afterward.
The truth is, most of us carry pain that isn’t entirely ours. Cultural expectations, generational patterns, the pressure to be strong … it adds up.
I wanted to create a space where people can be honest about the hard stuff without feeling like they need to explain or defend it. A space where we can explore what healing looks like for you, not just what the self-help world says it should look like.

My Approach
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, and the aftereffects of disturbing events.
I draw from several evidence-based approaches: EMDR, CBT, parts work, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy; but the most important part is that therapy feels like a conversation, not a lecture.
You won’t get jargon, judgement, or a clipboard stare from me. You’ll get curiosity, humor, and a genuine investment in helping you reconnect with your sense of self.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable quickly … which is exactly the goal. Therapy should feel like an exhale, not another performance.
We’ll look at the patterns that show up, the stories that need updating, and the emotions that have been waiting for attention. And we’ll do it in a way that’s gentle but real …with compassion, sometimes humor, and always honesty.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not meeting with clients, you can probably find me with a good playlist, coffee in hand, and a soft spot for quiet mornings. I believe growth doesn’t have to happen in big dramatic moments … sometimes it’s just learning to pause, breathe, and start again.
